All products will be warranted according to the warranty policy stated on this page and on account's description.
We only support processing orders with problems within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, unfortunately we will not give replacements for faulty accounts. So ensure you confirm your accounts within 24 hours of purchase to avoid losses. Replacement time may be extended in cases of bulk purchases (contact admin to learn more).
To avoid risks, ensure to properly secure any account purchased, change all information related to the account. If you encounter problems related to losing or retrieving your account (back account), we are not responsible.
Warranty is valid for:
- Wrong ID or Password, report to customer support. Never attempt to restore password yourself.
- Account is suspended before purchase, or locked without any means to unlock.
No warranty for:
- Any kind of password reset attempt (Successful or unsuccessful)
- Account locked or suspended after login or during the login process.
- Any issue resulting from not using VPN or using the wrong VPN. We only recommend Surfshark VPN or HMA VPN.
- Any changed information on account: username etc...
Note: From October 25, 2024, Facebook block attempt to change password immediately, change mail or delete old phone number. Customers may have to soak account in IP for 10-25 days before any of the above can be done. Before then, change mail password and recovery mail and logout all other devices. Facebook password can be changed later.
